hello everyone new member here. Just got a 4600 off my dad which is in great shape. Only problem I have is that the turntable won’t sstay on after pressing the 33 or 45 button. Can anyone help thanks
Hi - have you checked the belt and that the motor is running - you can do this by lifting up the platter?
Yes the motor turns for a second or two then stops. The belt does slip a bit but if I press the turn button it will run longer. Would a slack belt cause it not to kick in when running auto
Hi - sounds like a problem either with the motor or something else - sorry, I can't offer more help but there maybe others on here that have more info,
