Dear,

How can I know the lab4000 is mk2 or mk1? And in turn of sound quality, mk2 has better sound quality than mk1?

Thanks!

The MK1's have a power switch in the front where the LED is, LED is in the switch....MK2 only have the LED.

The general consensus seems to be that people say they prefer the MK1. MK1 uses class A/B amplifiers and MK2 uses class D ICEPower.
