hello any idea where to get a few things for the Beolab 4’s. Say new grills and maybe a small part to hold the speaker plug on the bottom of the speaker....

Can I still get an additional pair of these??

best way nowadays is ebay: There are many 2nd life dealers which can sell you parts or even may be able to source the part for you.

Or you are lucky and a B&O dealer near you can still get some parts from somewhere.

Where are you situated? Here is a german second hand dealer, who offers at least new covers in red, black or blue:
