Hello,

I recently acquired a Beovision AV9000 (SW 1.2) and have some problems with it and I would ask for your help.

1. On low frequencies the big speaker from the control center is buzzing like is too much for it (for example the THX sound test, close to the end). I checked it visually but it doesn't have any crack on the membrane or something. Can this be replaced with other similar part? If yes, do you know the specs?

2. If I load a tape in the Video Tape Recorder and press rewind, it will go for some seconds then the TV will completely turn off (the tape will not be completely rewind).

3. I observed a vertical scratch (or dirt?) right in the middle of the screen. I thought maybe at the transportation (it was not the smoothest ride) something happened, but it looks like is inside the glass, where the curtains are joining. Is there any way to take off the front glass to further investigate ? I managed to remove a plastic rim/cover that covers the top remote IR leds and sides of this glass frame support but no other screws except 2 on top.. Is it glued or something? I wanted to verify first before unscrewing those screws to see if I will not mess something up...

4. The software version for the TV is 1.2 and what I understand is that I can enter in service mode only if I will detach the back cover and short the Service Mode pins while the TV is open? The Control Center has SW 1.1 (AV Control Center 9000) and SW 2.3 (AV Control Center 9000 VTR) as is written on the back.

Thank you
