One of my Beolab 3 speakers is dead. Power is okay. Led turns green, but no sound.

You need to find out if it is a mark 1 or 2. Visually they are the same but the type number will identify which version it is.
Mark 1 chassis no longer available so repair will cost more as it isn't possible to get the old parts. It will need a mark 2 chassis upgrade.
