Hello!

First of all, im new to Beosystems and this forum. I have searched this forum for related threads, but I can't seem to find anything that helps. If there is a related thread, please post a link?

My beosystem 2800 seems to be in perfect contdition, except the pickup arm won't land on the record. It slides nicely into position, but instead of lowering itself, it returns back to starting position.

Is this a mechanical issue, or could this be related to the balance/weight of the pickup arm?

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated!

Regards,

Danslon

Thanks! It was set to zero. Now the arm lands nicely.
