just curious: in the specs of the BV-10 it says: "Output (record out) : AV1, AV2 and AV4 (CVBS, L/R)"
I always associate "Record out" with passing through the current incoming signal, and hence I would love to interpret it as:
"if you connect e.g. the AV2 "out" to another TV or DVR it will be an input signal to that latter one"...i.e. you can watch any BV-10 incoming signal on two screens simultaneously !
almost sure that would a wrong interpretaton (didn't bother to try) but what then does "Output (record out) : AV1, AV2 and AV4 (CVBS, L/R)" mean?

Correct. Usually AV1 outputs video (composite) and audio (stereo L/R) for recording to a VTR like VX7000, HDR1/2.
You need a fully wired Scart cable (many Scartcables are only wired for input (playback).
Further information on the Beotech site: wiring diagrams, Scart.
You can use this AV port also for an external RF modultor. I used it with my MX TVs , because they had no built in modulators.
But: I never tested it on a BV10. Should work, if there is an AV port for connecting a VTR (V.MEM).

Yes, it works with BV 10. I had tested it by connecting a camcorder to AV 1, so I was able to record videos from BV 10 on my camcorder.
