How do I set the BeoSound 5 / Beomaster 5 Power-on volume?

My configuration is BeoSound/Beomaster 5 with masterlink attached ML-MLC box with MCL connected passive speakers in kitchen & bedroom.

I think that you can change that under settings - speakers - volume?

But I'm not sure because my BS5 is connected to a beovision7.

Have a look at page ten in the user manual - at least in the danish version -

I think, your BS5 must be configured as an audiomaster and/or Beolabs must be connected to Powerlink.

I`m afraid, that sound settings on BS5 have no effect via masterlink - wouldn`t make much sense anyway.

Hope this helps

Masterlink has a fixed audio level.

The solution has to be found storing the right audio level in the ML/MCL box.

Try : sound store store with a beolink 1000 or Speaker  store store with a Beo4.
