Hi all,
Have somebody over here ever tested some resource for speaker fabric. A website to order it would be great. I'm very critical when it comes to quality, so only reply if you're sure that it matches the original as closely as possible.
Thanks for helping me out.

B&O original speaker fabric/cloth quality? Are you serious? One sneeze and you have a hole in your cloth!
The looks are great though!

What type of speaker you wanna recloth Michel?

I was more talking about the fabrics like Penta's, RL series, Beolab 6000's, very thin...

Yes - but remember that many Penta's and RL's are 20+ years now - so no wonder if the fabric is not at it's best anymore...
Like the Beolab 6000's ? I'm talking about fragility of the fabric used. Beauty has to suffer....
Michel - try www.akustikstoff.com
I have bough fabric for my CX speakers there.
Steffen
Really, so did I, beauty isn't it? Aluminium
Funny thing though, it doesn't match at all with the original B&O cloth
Another sample? Bought here

Last one, what do you think of this fabric, bit shiny!
It will be used for the redline-speakers. I want to recloth them with a lighter grey or white fabric. It does'nt have to be as thin as the newest fabrics of b&o, but at least it has to look decent and should not influence the sound.
By the way, It's great to see all the comments here. A great forum with great people, much better than my local dealer. :p
Well, Leslie, I have to admit that this looks very good indeed. I should consider this for my redlines RL 60
Well, don't know about the red one. It doesn't look bad at all but i think i prefer the grey fabric.
But of course it could also be the fact that I can only see it on a picture right now.
This looks phenomenal!
Who is the dealer?
Hey there,
I ordered 5 different samples of fabrics from akustikstoff.
What do you think?
gun metal grey with a metallic effect looks brilliant, doesn ‚t it?
