Beosound Moment that I have recently tried to upgrade the software. Not sure what happened but now the display screen is flashing and not functioning. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? Tried hard reset on both base and display units but still flashing after it reboots.
Just curious, but does the base actually boot fully ip and show up on your network (use for example, Advanced IP Scanner, to check) with an IP? Asking since I had a similar behavior and it turned out that I had a bad flash on the display unit which B&O service technician had to re-flash to get it to work proper. Don't say that this is the case, but could be. But, just to see how far it gets in regards of the startup sequence it would be of interest to see if you can find it on your network.
