Hi
I'm looking to get either a Beovision 10, 11 or 7 - are there major differences and anything I should look out for - looking to spend upto £1.5k and wanted one with low usage - although no one on ebay seems to say how many hours/days they've had. I like the design of the 7, but figiured the 11 is newer and should be better - looking for either 40 or 46" - I only watch DVDs or Apple TV no live TV so not interested in any smart functions.
I would say that the BV11 is the most sensible buy. There was a thread in the forum not long ago that included advice on what to look for when buying a preowned BV11.
They may however be a bit more expensive than the budget you mention.
I have a BV11 - 46 and are still very happy with it.
Livingroom: BL3, BL11, BV11-46 Kitchen: Beosound 1 GVA, Beocom 2 Bathroom: M3 Homeoffice: M3, Beocom 2 Library: Beosound Emerge, Beocom 6000 Bedroom: M5, Essence remote Travel: Beoplay E8 2.0, Beoplay EQ, Beoplay Earset
Here is the thread I mentioned.
Thanks Hiort - I remember reading that - I looked at the manuals for both and the 11 doesn't have masterlink? or RF out for a link TV? Does the 10 have RF out do you know - I couldn't see it

I've owned all 3! The only thing I miss with the BV10 is the superb bright orange fret. The BV11 is an upgrade and should always be considered.
Personally, I think the 7 looks a bit dated now and the BV11 looks timeless. I'd go with the 11 every time, but you might struggle to get a 46" for £1.5K.
I have a BV11 40:Mk1. Superb TV, with, in my case, built in Sat tuner and recording hard disk module.
I was initially disappointed that it couldn't directly use Masterlink, but I kept it as a standalone with a Cambridge DVD player. My Masterlinked systems are running independent of the BV11 using a BV5 and BC2 as the master units.
The smart TV functions are not worth worrying about, although the BBC iPlayer works well. B&O never got around to accommodating other streaming / catch up systems in the U.K. like ITV, Channel 4, 5 etc etc. For that you'll need an Apple TV or equivalent.

Thanks for all the replies - will save up for a BV11 - I think I can do without masterlink as the bedroom TV has it's own Apple TV connected and I have a beolink active in the room for music.
Good choice...the Sound of the build in Speakers are much better in the 11.
