I have one too, and would be interested in not only it’s value, but usefulness in a home environment.

Does anyone know if the Beocom 3 can be configured to work on standard phone lines? I'd like to use this in my home office but when plugged in it just says "no dial tone detected". I plug my other cheap phone in and no problem. I'm guessing since the Beocom 3 is an ISDN phone, it not compatible with a POTS line. Is this true?

It will only work if you have ISDN. No idea how to go about converting them.

I would have thought ISDN a legacy product with the arrival of fiber.
