Hi Guys

having a problem with my 9500 beocentre just bought it non working and had the battery changed now it’s all working except when you turn it off and turn it back on again the sound only comes out of the left speaker and you have to manually change it back to level which takes a couple of attempts with touch pad or remote

this is a pain but apart from this every thing else is fine

TIA

You have to press STORE once you have adjusted the balance.

No, on the 9500 it's slightly more complicated: On the front panel, the "Store" button doesn't light up until you press "Programming", then press "Sound".  THEN you can press the (now lit) "Store".  Using a Beolink 1000 remote, you do whichever adjustment with "Sound", then press "Store", and press "Store" *again*.  (Also note any saved volume higher than 8 bars out of 15 will be limited: it will power up at 8.).
