I know…B&O virus has grown on me !
I would not run these beasts wireless anyway.
Just get over it....and wire them!

mbolo01:I would first update the Moment software, yours is very old, pre BL 90 for sure. Mine has the latest for reference: Unfortunately some have some trouble with the latest code, but done haven’t, like myself. seethroughyou:I’m too scared to update the software. Aren’t the latest problems due to those that have TVs and linked multiple products?
Fansastic:Mine is on latest software too and no problems. The Moment is connected to the TV and uses my BL’s that are wisa connected to the tv. Indeed update your Moment and first try to wire your master BL90 through powerlink.
Wow - these are your concerns....personally I wouldn’t mind - but the theory is right ;-)
Having a connection, that makes me sleep well at night, is worth more that some possible differences, that I won’t be able to hear anyway.
(The BL90’es are doing a damn good job, when converting).
And, I do believe, that the most important things about audio are the quality of the recording/mastering and the speakers/the room.

Before the latest software update, the Moment was finally rock-solid and reliable in every respect. With the many people that are having huge problems with the latest update, it can't be ignored. The problem that many of us are facing renders the Moment totally unusable. Cross your fingers and roll the dice. The promising news is that Lyle at B&O has advised that B&O will be doing a software rollback until the issues are fixed. However, the rollback hasn't happened yet.
seethroughyou:Why is the link between the Jukebox and Soundheart so unreliable and why do they struggle to find each other?
seethroughyou:Here we go...fingers crossed!
seethroughyou:Wise words. Have to ask myself if I’d actually hear the difference between WISA and powerlink to be honest. May be i’m suffering with touch of audiophile nervosa...reliability wins I guess.
I expect that you would hear a difference. However, this is not due to the difference between analogue and digital, but because, when used in WiSA mode, only half of the BeoLab 90's room compensation is working.
This is because, in order to get the full effect of BeoLab 90 (and 50's) ARC, both loudspeakers need to receive both audio channels. This happens when you use the analogue and digital inputs, but it is not possible with the WiSA / Wireless Power Link connection.
Cheers-geoff

Yet another reason to stay far away from wireless if you are running high end speakers!
Any downsides to the classic proven balanced XLR Geoff?
