Hi All,
I recently purchased a Beosound Stage soundboard.
im trying to set it up using the Google Home App.
I’m using my Samsung phone.
i have linked the soundbar to the tv (LG) with a 2.0 HDMI cable.
The App detects the soundbar but when it tries to set it up I get the “could not communicate to device” error.
On the soundbar itself I see a solid blue light which I’ve seen means not in the network.
these are the things I’ve tried so far.
- delete the Google Home App an install again.
- Try with another device (I-pad)
- disconnect the soundbar from power and start again.
i can’t get passed this, please help!!!
