BeoVision 7-40 with Beolab 14 surround missing the subwoofer sound

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me with an subwoofer issue. The issue is, that subwoofer stop playing today and it disappeared from my TV and I can't find it in the settings. I have attached some pictures, where the subwoofer is not visible in the "overview" (Picture 1). It was there before...

I have tried every settings in the picture 2 to see, if that would work. The subwoofer is making a noice in the 2 first lines.

I believe, that I have set the cables and modes correctly under the subwoofer. (Pictures 3 and 4)

TV model: BeoVision 7-40

Surround system: Beolab 14, with 4 small speakers and a subwoofer.

Do one you know what my issue could be and how to solve it? Thank you in advance.

Use Imgur upload and then copy and paste in the pictures.

If there is less cumbersome way then someone please let us know ?

Hi,

once Soren Mexico did a nice HowTo in the wiki section:

Upload pics:  https://archivedforum2.beoworld.org/wikis/memberspages/upload-pics.aspx

Post one or more pics:  https://archivedforum2.beoworld.org/wikis/memberspages/post-uploaded-pics.aspx

Doing this procedure the pictures won't get lost if the external provider deletes them after some time.

The pics will be saved here on beoworld.

I do remember that one, but its still a very awkward process. I am sure the forum software would allow for a direct upload functionality?

Works fine on my iPad!

I mostly save my resized pictures in my Dropbox - from there they can be downloded directly to the Beoworld thread.
