Beocentre 8500 CD problem

I bought a BC 8500 today, the CD isn’t working, the motors working, it just does a couple of spins and then the door reopens, any ideas. Thanks

Search for C2103 on the forum, you need to change at least this capacitor, and to the correct Vishay/Philips blue axial version. Don't use other caps.

I bought a couple from farnell, looks like Dillen has it covered below

Does this kit cover the Century also, I have one with the same problem
