Hello,
I figure this has an easy answer, what does the following step in the installation instructions mean? I'm sure it would be obvious if I had the stand in real life, but right now, my curiosity is piqued.

The easel stand has a compartment for the two weights pictured (the are heavy as ****!!). The picture shows how the weights must fit in the compartment.
BeoVision Eclipse 55, BeoPlay S8 (sub+rears), BeoPlay A9 MKII (living room), BeoVision Avant 32 DVD (retro gaming, basement), BeoLab 4000 (entertainment room, basement), BeoSound 8 (workshop), 2x BeoPlay S3 (PC), BeoPlay A1, BeoPlay H2/H3 (on the go)
Thank you! That makes perfect sense.
Sorry for dragging up an old thread, but I've just (finally!) found a BV11-40 easel stand to take my BV11-40 off the wall and on to the floor. I had dealers offering one for £400, but this was too much for an old TV, so managed to find one for £80, pre-loved.
Problem is....no instructions. Anyone have the instructions for the BV11-40/46 easel stand installation?
maybe this is helpful ...

Thanks. I think my kit doesn't have the screws, which is slightly concerning!

Hi,
the required screws are 6 x 20mm according to the Service Manual. And B&O being an enterprise settled in the metric 'universe' i'm quite sure it's a M6 x 20 screw

6 screws? I thought there was only 2!
I guess these would do the trick? https://www.accu.co.uk/en/cap-head-screws/3869-SSCF-M6-20-A2?
No only two are needed.
They are described as M6 x 20, M stands for metric, 6 (mm) for the diameter of the thread and 20 (mm) for the length of the threaded shaft.
Those screws you sent the link for should do it quite well

They had a min order of 100
I found some on Amazon though - ordered! Thanks for your help. Will let you know how I get on once the new stand arrives next week.
Aussie Michael:I’m looking forward to see how it goes Moxxey as I will need to buy those screws at a point in time too
Will let you know by next weekend!
I did have a BV11-55 on an easel stand a few years ago. Wasn't too hard to construct, from what I remember.
Sadly this info isn't correct. I bought those and they are so small they simply go through the holes in the easel stand!
Anyone else know the screws you need for a BV11-40 easel stand?
UPDATE: the guys who I bought the easel stand from (Luxussound of Berlin - I bought an ex-demo stand and it was advertised without screws) have kindly ordered and posted me the right screws - will let you know what they are when they arrive!
