It is connected to the usb power and aux input. There was noice on the aux line due to using the usb at the same time, so I added a noise suppressor. It is possible to convert it fully by soldering the usb and aux, and pulling the wires internally. I don’t want to break a fully functioning device, so the wires are pulled on the outside. I've been trying to do the same, but had failed. Can you share what noise suppressor you used? My CCA didn't fit within the battery compartment and the noise was too loud.
While I now connected a AE to get my Beolit 12 into an airplay-2 network, I'd still love to have the CCA option for my much beloved Beolit 12.
