Hello all

My wife has kindly ordered me an H9i headset. Does anyone have any experience with Them? I hear the app is good for personalisation, what do you think? Do you experience many drop out?

Hi Chris,

I own two pairs of H9is. I love both the sound quality and the efficacy of the noise reduction. I haven’t experienced any drop outs. The range with my iPhone 7+ is decent (c. 10m).

The app allows me to give names to each Beoplay device, so I know which one I’m addressing from within the app: H9i black, H9i limestone, A1 blue, etc.

And of course the app allows you to adjust the tonal balance with ToneTouch.

Hope that helps.

Thanks, got mine today. Traditional pairing was easy, but the B&O appErm.. First of all you have to register. Why? Then it crashed and crashed all afternoon which as I’ve had problems with B&O headphones in the past, didn’t fill me with confidence.

Eventually I got it working, and they sound great. Tuning the sound to your preference is easy and effective, as is the ANR. The bag they come with is pathetic, and the one it should come with they charge £60! I’d rather they just didn’t bother.

I’m off for a week freighting around the continent, so I’ll let you know how they go. So far, very impressed.Yes - thumbs up
