Hi Guys,

New to forums and having a bit of a problem with a Beo 3000 communicating with a Beo4

The problem seems to be when I want to move onto the next track & press the button on the beo4 it jumps the track of the CDs in twos so misses out every other track on CD,just wondered if there’s a trick to put this right?.

Also it might be worth mentioning when using the volume control the 3000 & 3500 display two different volume levels.

i have looked at the possibility of restoring the beo4 using the list button but it doesn’t correspond with what’s listed on my list my sequences are AV, Format, Stand, Speaker, V Aux, A Aux.

Im not sure how I would know if it’s the Beo4 or the 3000 that has the issue

Hopefully someone out there will be able to help and I Thankyou in advance.

Regards Tee

Hi Tee,

Welcome to the forum.

Just double checking your products. You have a BeoSound 3000 and a Beolab 3500 speaker?

Are there any other speakers attached to the BeoSound 3000 or is it only the Beolab 3500?
