Beosystem 4 with beolab 7-2 three strange painfull loud noises during menu switches

Hello, i have hooked up my beosystem 4 with 2 beolab 8000 and have tried to hook up a beolab 7-2 to the system through PL6 and other PL outputs. But every switch in the menu on the beosystem 4 gives three very loud almost painfull sounds out of the beolab 7-2.

Does anybody know what is the explanation for this?

Might be a faulty powerlink cable, i would try replacing it as a first step.

Thanks for your answer. I replaced the powerlink cable. That was not the problem. But what i forgot and what i didn’t do was replacing the short powerlink -networklink cable. This was the problem. A faulthy short cable. Problem solved.
