Beolab 11 only scratching noise

Hello beoworlder,

Today I got a beolab 11, from which I cannot elicit a reasonable sound apart from a very loud scratching noise.

Are there experienced forum members who can help here?

Does someone have a service manual for the beolab 11, I can't find it here in the manual area!

Yes, no detailed (component)diagrams, needs for 80% chance a new ICE amplifier.

Yep, new ICE definitely. Mine was the same scratching noise.

I replaced the ICE power module and the scratches and cracks are no longer there.

Unfortunately, however, the volume of the is not satisfactory, far too quiet and distorted.

if I use the power link out socket e.g. a beolab 6000 connect, the BL6000 has normal volume the BL11 is quiet.
