Our Beovision 10 was working fine up until this morning when my louse brother did something to it, now it does not turn on. The green flash thing comes up at the bottom when I turn it on and it makes the -click- noise, but then it makes another -click- noise and the display remains blank. I've tried unplugging and replugging everything back in but there's been no change.

Somebody please help me with this, my parents are the only ones who watch the TV and I feel badly for them.

Have you unplugged and left off for a couple of hours? This lets all the circuits run down.

Can you get the menu display to show by hitting the menu button on the Beo4 after trying to turn on the TV?

is it possible that an unconnected television  source has accidentally been selected in the menu?

I've kept it unplugged since yesterday; just tried it today and nothings changed. The display is completely blank and unresponsive to the controller, the only thing I can do with it is turn the little light on the bottom of the panel on and off.

Try option zero then back to option 2

Hi!

I am experiencing the same issue. I was wondering if you managed to find the the solution to this?

Thank you!

Haha wow, a blast from the past!

From what I remember, we called the technician in while the TV was still under warranty and had the entire screen replaced. Unfortunately from what I hear, this model is no longer being produced and so no more spare parts are available from B&O..
