Hello,

 First post - be gentle ...

 I can press the Onetouch button but tapping does not do anything

 Does the A1 not have the tap feature?

In the B&O app you can set the button to do different things, check what you have it set to

Hello armandc1,

The button works fine and I can change the behaviour in the app

The issue is that in the app, it says about tapping ...

I’ve never tapped. I’ve always had to press.
