Hello,

I recently got a Beo5 that I was willing to use for a Beosound 5 Encore.

I download 5.12 and 6.85 configuration tools and use a Windows 7 32 bits OS to install and use the software.

I manage to configure the remote, I upload the configuration without trouble. I start to use the remote, but I can't pass the zone selection. To be precise, I only use one zone called "Living Room", it displays on the remote, but nothing happen when I click on it.

I did the same process under both version of the configuration tool, but that does the same result...

Any ideas ? :)

Cheers,

Serge

Bonjour Sergi0,

If you share your XML, I can try to upload it into my remote to see how it goes. It's a Beo6 but it should behave the same way, I think.

By the way and totally unrelated, I'm still interested in your proposal for help with your blink 7000 to kill a timer on my BS2300. But I was unable to reach you directly.

Good reminder for the BL7000. I forget about it... Sorry ! What was the test ? We can discuss that via MP for sure !

Cheers,

Finally found out... I was expecting the same kind of touch control as the one on smartphone, but I forget it is not the same technology behind :)

Everything works fine, I will now try to improve UI by adding images rather than text.
