Beogram 3000/5228- Need help for speed selector

Hello,
A Beogram 3000 type 5228 turntable from a friend no
longer works with the motor engine blocked and speed
selector out of service because part marked 212
(PN#2905032) on the service manual is missing.
Where can I find this element or if it's impossible to 
get one, who can send me a detailed diagram of this part
(with dimensions) to try to rebuild one with a
 3D printer for example.

Then I will try to restore the motor.
