Hi
just had this installed today pay, and when we came to turn it off, the off button on the remote would not respond. Tried it on all sources, same problem. All other buttons work perfectly. Any thoughts?
One thing that the guy did was to try and make the remote compatible with our Beosound 9000. Whether that would have anything to do with it, I don’t know
Had to go to bed and leave it running!
Story, I meant Beosound 9000!
The BS9000 is ir-controlled.....and has to be choosen as target in the remote.
The Eclipse however, is BT-controlled.
The remote probably was left in the ir-mode - you will have to change that in order to control/turn off the tv.
