Can anyone help me figure out how to change the name of the handset? No big deal really but would be nice to rename it form its new place. Moreover how do I change the name of the beocom 6000 handset? In the manual it says press 'ok' ( the center button inside the wheel) then turn the wheel to settings. But when press 'ok' and turn the wheel, it only has three choices 'line busy' '5 caller iD' 0 free entries' Is there another way to get to settings?
It could be a MK1, in which case press the dot (to the left of the wheel), followed by 7. Then use the wheel.
Awesome thanks heaps Guy, that worked great! :) Been using a beocom handset for a decade or more probably over 15 or more years. Amazing technology! This one since 2009. Don't use it all the time so I forget how to operate it. Thanks again for your help.
