Hello
i have 4 6000s and a Beocom 2 working perfectly. Then suddenly after a phone call yesterday all sets say line is busy, when it isn’t.
i do hope there is a simple fix for this. I have tried switching off the Beoline black box for a minute but that didn’t work

any thoughts on this issue?
Firstly have you ruled out a fault on the line - try disconnecting your B&O PSTN and connect a different phone type.
Secondly, have you tried turning each phone off in turn to see if a particular handset is causing the issue?
Third thing I would try is to reset each handset in turn.
Fourth thing I would try is resetting the base (but be aware you may lose stored numbers).
