I'm a bit confused and hope a dear soul in the forum can advice me how to connect my new Bluesound Node 2i via a B&O Transmitter 1 and wireless to Beolab 18 for best audiophile quality?

While the BurrBrown DAC of Bluesound Node 2i is pretty good, I believe the inbuilt DAC of Beolab 18 should be better, but please correct me if I'm wrong?

So, should I use Toslink from Bluesound Node 2i to B&O Transmitter 1 and bypass the Node 2i DAC?

I seem to remember the Toslink connection/cable between Node2i and B&O Transmitter 1 is limited in bandwidth. Does this matter if signal is digital?

And what is MQA and is it something I should pay attention to?

Again, my goal is to achieve best possible audiophile quality with this set-up. Any hints, tips and tricks from the forum?

Thanks!
