First of all...No problems with the Ebay seller on the listing I am linking to.  I have bought several nice B&O items from him in the past and he is just a reseller of used B&O finds.  So to be clear...he did not do this.

That said, why would someone do this.

Obviously they wanted to route some wires to whatever electronics they had used with this B&O SC80 cabinet. But why?  The SC80, like all of the B&O stereo cabinets, has openings for routing cables. I guess they didn't bother to look and just starting drilling holes. Unbelievable.
