Wonder what your experiences have been. Here are mine:
1. I am watching overall less TV and listening to more music and spending time with the family playing board games etc in the evenings
2. Most used speaker in the AM is BS 1 because it is portable and I often move between my office and outside patio. The dock is very helpful. Although, at close to $2K, I am not sure it is the best value for money.
3. Most used speaker in the PM is the BP A9 followed by the Stage (which I use as a speaker only and had I known the Balance was coming out would have gotten the Balance). So depends on whether we are in the living room or dining room one or the other is used.
4. We decided to get an M5 for the kitchen and very impressed with the audio. The M5 sounds better than the BS 1 IMHO. In the past I have heard of connectivity issues with the M5, but from my experience so far it is rock solid. It is an excellent value for money (got it for $399 on Amazon from the official B&O shop - looks like many models available just a week ago are sold out now!)
5. Surprised that I am using my traditional stereo speakers less often than before. I only turn them on for movies every other day or so.
Clearly, I don't have very high-end B&O gear, but I have gotten a lot of enjoyment from their multi-room speakers and they work really well.
B&O in my life ๐:
Well.... I am new to the Bang & Olufsen World. Thus, I have only a Beosound 35 and a Beoplay H5.1. I listen more to the music through my Beosound 35. Sometimes, I discover new musics and I am still amazed because old songs sound fuller and seem to have more when I play them with my Beosound 35.
2. If I need to do an online conference or I want to call my friends, I use my Beoplay H5. It does help me with its sound quality as I am taking a german course and listening practices seem more "transparent" than with my computer's speakers.
3. No matter how astounding or exceptional the sound is, I still need to watch some movies on Netflix. Lately, I feel a lot of anxieties and unease due to the pressure to get into a university for my master's degree. Unfortunately, it's not a Beovision nor is my television connected to any Bang & Olufsen product. So, I sometimes feel the movie a little bit lifeless.
Conclusion, It does not really blow my mind, especially I don't have a B&O product in every single room. But, it offers clear and exceptional sound quality that helps me relax or focus

Much more streaming to the BV11 these days, particularly as the main channels are obsessed with news items of questionable accuracy about the virus.
Streaming apps on the BV11 are limited in the U.K., but digging around will give you gems on French/ German 'Arte' like 'Hope@home' with virtuoso performances from Daniel Hope's home in Berlin.
On the streaming front, just getting into Amazon Prime's excellent adaptation of Philip K ***'s 'The Man n the High Castle'. We do much more streaming via the Apple TV than anything built into the BV11.

Could author Philip K. **** ever have imagined that he would be reduced to a string of asterisks?
He should change his surname to Wanger, for purely aesthetic purposes.
I love the convenience of your set up. It's really cool.
or just change it to Philip K. Richard

I have a new appreciation of the design and quality of B&O products. My beolab 6000s, 8002, 2 and 11 are all almost 10 years old and they still look and sound great. On a related note, my Sony A1E OLED includes variable line out which is perfect for BL2/8002 and I recently tried experimenting with Sony's inbuilt DSP (using Cinema or Music, they have their own version of loudness) with the B&O speakers and even in stereo the sound is really impressive. Turning it on makes a big difference.
I haven't had regular TV service since 2007 or so - only relied on streaming.
