Help needed (Beoplay A9)

My Beoplay A9 1st gen both LED lights are flashing white and i have tried to to off and on it but is still the same, can anyone help with what to do or know what is wrong with it.

Have you tried resetting to factory settings and see if that works? I believe the 1st gen and perhaps even the early 2nd gen. (which seems to be fixed with firmware upgrades) had issues with the software not loading (causing the lights to flash).

i have tried resetting it but is still not resetting but white lights flashing. never really updated it before can it be the cause.

I am assuming that the speaker works with line-in, just the wireless features are not working?
