Avant 55 questions

Hi beoteam

I have had my avant 55 for about two years and I love it.

There are two things I don’t like and wonder if they can be fixed.

1) When I am watching Apple TV using HDMI 1 randomly the centre channel that drives voice stops working.

I flick to another source and back and it comes back.

This used to happen when I watched sky for example the voice disappears and then changing source and it comes back.

Different HDMI lead but same port.

SKY was not setup to use UHD as it never used to sync properly.

2) when watching some films the top or bottom of the screen flickers when there is white image.

It’s annoying and I cannot replicate it.

It just flickers under the black line or above it.

Is this normal ?
