Hi all,

I am looking to convert a 4002 type 514 to be capable of playing SQ / quadrophonic records.

The main capacitor has extra connections and the deck has the switch hole and two screw holes on the right hand side of the chassis. I am awaiting a donor Beogram CD4 board. The deck is wired with a Din 5 with 3 connection leads going from the Din LEAD to the and one black lead soldered as a grounding lead.

Does the DIN 5 lead need to be replaced with another DIN 5 lead to allow the rear signal L and R speaker signals?

Also might anyone have a mouser stock number for a suitable 47 nanofarad capacitor as the 5524 which I’m working on doesn’t have one?
