Hi,

I have removed the metal cover of my beocenter 7007 for cleaning

But unfortunately, I can't reassemble the friction plate with the damper arm and the large spring, there is also a little part  named slider on service manual...

I don't understand how it works...

Thanks for your help

The damper plate (the black plastic part in the photo) fits into a ridge at the underside of the large alu lid.
At the side of the "neck" of the damper plate is another "ridge", more square in shape, where the small glider (a small plastic part about 4mm long) rides up and down when the lid is opened and closed, carrying the curved end of the torsion spring - the glider has a curved indentation to suit this.
The other end of the spring is held behind a protruding plastic "nose" at the Beocenters chassis (put the other parts together first and fit
the end of the spring behind the plastic nose as the last thing).

The glider (not shown in your photo but can be seen here: https://beoparts.com/2015/06/27/slider-for-lid-damper-plate-3035027/)
should ride in Kilopoise grease, - same stuff as is used between the damper plate and the friction plate.

Missing the glider? Look down beside the transformer. When it falls out it usually gets caught in the greasy stuff that has dripped down there.

At the end, the assembly should look like this? I have not put the glider on the assembly...

The spring is upside down.
And it should rest its curved part on the glider - not its pointy end.

when I removed the metal lid, the spring has jump with the slider/glider... So I imagine, I have to force when i will put back the spring...

Yes, and you can see inside the Beocenter, that the other end of the spring goes behind a "nose" cast into the plastic chassis.
And the spring is held in place by a metal bracket with two screws.
Fit it all together before locking/forcing the spring in behind the "nose".

Thanks ! now i wait for my new plate ordered on ebay... Got my order? Thanks.

Yes, for the other end of the spring i see where to block it,  so I have to twist it 90°, right ?

I used this tool to push tension on the spring to get it over the nose and into position. worked a treat.
