Hi guys,

I have a house full of BeoSound/BeoPlay products (BS1, BS2, Stage, Shape, A9, M5, M3) and i usually use alarm to my Shape in my living room, M5 in the bathroom and stage in the walkin etc.

I have set all the alarms to start on a specific radio station at 08.00, but none of the speakers plays the same, they all have different delays (1-2 seconds from eachother) i guess that's because of the buffer time on each product. (Their all cabled to the internet).

So i recently just used my Shape as an alarm and none of the others..

My question is; Is it possible to fix this delay?

Another question: Why isn't there an alarm function called "touch to join" so i can start up my radio stations and let the other touch to join or something like that?
Example; Spotify connect on a product, and let the users join so i get the multiroom effect.

Only a multiroom feature can ensure proper synchronisation between devices. Unfortunately B&O does not have a group concept where you could program an alarm on one device and join others to it programmatically.

Not sure I understand the second question, but in my case I have an alarm set in my bedroom on a particular radio and I touch to join my other products as I walk in the room they are located into. Spotify cannot participate to a Beolink multiroom, all other music sources can (TuneIn, Deezer, DLNA,

Airplay or any source attached to a product line In assuming you have preserved the line in delay)

BS Moment, BS Core, BG 4002, BC 4500, BS1, BL18, BL19, BL8000 + RCV1, A6, M5, M3, A1, P6 (tks Botty), H5, TR1

A Beolink Gateway or Beoliving can be programmed to JOIN after starting another device.

But adding the JOIN command to the Alarms would be a nice feature.

Hi

What's the command to 'JOIN' in BeoLink Gateway?

Cheers,

   Urs.

Yes, same here. M3 stars on radio, walk into kitchen and touch M5 to join.

Selecting other rooms for alarms is a Sonos feature and would be great if B&O implemented it too.
