Hello,
just received a package of the beogram 5500.
2 of the 3 transport screws come loose all the way but the other screw does not. It moves but does not come loose. It seems to be rotating without tightening or coming undone.
What is the best solution?

bring the beogram into the service position.
Disconect power line!!!
To do this, remove the aluminum platter, remove the MMC from the tonearm,
move the tonearm slide to the center of the drive,
remove the 2 screws on the bottom right side,
now the hood can be opened to the left.
here you can now see and look at the safety screws.
It may be that the thread of one screw has been destroyed, or that the thread just cannot be found.
