I know…B&O virus has grown on me !
My besound 1 and my essence have been doing this as well.
need to raise a ticket for it.
Fansastic:Thanks and I send a message to B&O Support
Did you ever get a solution for this?
Thanks
Toby
Try to enter the BS product configuration page, where you can store your TuneIn credentials under local sources.
I have to do that daily, its not saving the login info for my BS1 or my Essence!

There are 2 different locations where you can enter your credentials afaik. The first is at the product its page (black webpages) and the common account page in the B&O app. There is the radiosection where you can enter the same credentials.
I'm still not sure what Beoportal includes. I think I do, but it gives on regular base "Not ready". On different devices on different moments. I have started to neglect these notifications in Beotool.
I had a similar problem with Deezer a year or so ago. No matter what I did, it would only play 30 seconds of a song (the way it behaves when you're not subscribed or logged in). Followed up with Deezer support, and they were not much help (make sure all your devices are logged out, then log back in one by one). It didn't help so I cancelled Deezer. I recently re-subscribed, and all is working.
I guess I would recommend trying what Deezer suggested. Make sure all of your devices are logged out of TuneIn, then log back in and see if it fixes it.
