Beolab 3500 + essence mk1

Hi!

I would like to use this combo for the kitchen. Is it possible? I am wondering if a powerlink conected bl3500 to essence mk1 will be able to stream music from tunein(essence) or phone.

Beolab 3500 isn't really an ideal speaker for this setup, unless you also have a Beosound music system with Masterlink (or a Beolink Converter or NL/ML Converter) to drive the speaker.  Please can you let me know which other B&O products you have, so that I can assist further?

Sure, but I don’t think it may help: beovision 11-55, beosound 1, beoplay a2, essence mk1.

I am thinking of a variant for a 20m2 kitchen.

Thanks for your reply, the simple answer here is "Don't buy Beolab 3500 for this setup".  You will get much better sound and easier operation with almost any other Beolab or Beoplay speakers.  Beolab 3500 and 2000 are not a good option for this setup unless you are willing to add the B&O Converter box as a direct cable connection is not possible here.

What about a beolab 7.x in connection with Essence mk1?

It will have a single channel (mono) sound? Or it will be a stereo stream?

For Beolab 7-1, 7-2 and 7-6 this will be stereo.  Beolab 7-4 would be mono.
