Hello, I am new to this forum and need an expert advice.
I purchased a brand new Beolit 15 in London in January 2019 covered by B&O 2-year international warranty until January 2021.
Since it stopped working, I sent it to the B&O official representative in Mauritius where I am based at the moment and was informed that my Beolit 15 is out of warranty which is not true as I also provided them with the proof of purchase and original receipt.
I was also hinted that Beolit 15 is out of production and the B&O representative here may be reluctant to replace the product with a new Beolit 17. Having been a customer of Bang and Olufsen for over a decade, I am quite certain that B&O HQ can help me resolve this matter asap as we also purchase the product because of the excellent service the company provides and it is the first time that I am going through this hassle.
Can someone please advise me?
