My trusty BL 2 are causing a tick on my BL8002 so wondering if I can just swap the BL 2 with BL 19?
B&O in my life 😊:
Indeed, and probably for the better.
However, watch out for the settings possibilities there.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
That is very good news. Just wondering what the connection would be from the BL 19 to the BL 8000s (8002 in my case).
Not the same way - however possible.

Thanks for sharing the link. Looks like the BL 19 does not have internal bass management that the BL 2 and BL 11 had made it easy to connect any BL speaker to the subwoofer and just connect the source to the subwoofer. The BL 19 is like any 3rd party sub when it comes to other Beolab speakers - the BL 19 does not know what speakers it is connected to unless I am missing something. The only advisable in terms of connectivity is that the BL 19 can connect wirelessly to a Beovision TV. Oh well...time to find another option.
Ok, if that is what you need, just get another BL2....should not be hard.
That is, if you like it.
By the way - what is that combo connected to....you did not write anything on that.
The current combo is connected to a Sony OLED TV. To the digital audio out - variable. Previously it was connected to a Core/Eclipse. In both cases only the BL 2 is connected to the source and then the 8002 is connected to the BL 2.
I really like the BL 2 and bought them together with the 8002 from a dealer in 2011. Now these are vintage speakers and the closest dealer to me is in Philly. I could get another BL 2 but not sure if it won’t have a problem given the age, which is why I was thinking about the BL 19. Anyway, I’ll drive over to Philly one of these days and get the BL 20 upgrade I’ve been thinking of....might be the best option for me.
For sure, that would be even better :-)
