Beolit 15 charging issues

Hi;

I have two brand new Beolit 15 (new as they where bought more than 2 years ago, but not unpacked until now)

First charge everything was fine, but 2^nd time around, the stopped charging. They can play fine plugged in. They charging lite blinks orange but the battery does not charge. Also stays at 0% in the bioplay app. I have tried to leave them charging for several days but stille no luck.

I have tried software uddate and reset to factory settings  -no luck.

A dealer told me that should make sure to push the power cable (double knott cable) firmly in, but still no difference.

Any good advice anyone?
