Hello

I have a beovision 7-32 9311 and was wondering if it is possible to connect my earthquake cp-8 subwoofer to the tv's "subwoofer" socket.

Of course I would need powerlink to RCA cable to plug in the subwoofer from the TV, but is this connection possible?

I don't have the money to buy a b&o subwoofer :(

Kind regards

Hi Morten,

Welcome to Beoworld!

Yes, I can help!  Simply connect the cable in the link below from the Powerlink (Subwoofer) output on the TV to the RCA input on the subwoofer:-

https://soundsheavenly.com/bang-olufsen/16-96-powerlink-to-non-bo-subwoofer-din-to-phono.html#/2-length-1m

If your subwoofer has two input sockets, please connect both plugs on the cable, otherwise either plug can be used if the subwoofer only has one input socket (Please use the Line In sockets, not the LFE Sockets).  Set the subwoofer volume to approx. 50-75% and then adjust it as required to match the level of your other speakers.  The subwoofer volume can now be controlled automatically from the TV remote along with the other speakers.

Kind regards, Steve.

Steve.
