BeoMaster 3500: touch panel malfunction

I have a BeoMaster 3500 on which the last 4 touch buttons on the right don’t work.
I checked them also by detaching the glass, and touching the rubber tips.
All buttons work, except the last 4 on the right.

Any suggestion is welcome.

The four rightmost touchpads (7,8,9,st.by) are in the same group = sounds like a strobe problem.
Check TR1, TR2, TR3, TR4 and IC1.

Thanks Martin!

I have been able to get a defect BM3500 unit, but with working touch panel PCB, including all the 4 pieces of plastic brackets.
So I have a working unit now, perfect! 

To finish this repair, I need to put in new double sided tape. I have two questions about that:

  1. I believe the double sided tape has to be put both on the plastic brackets, as well as on the under side of the glass panel. Is that correct?
  2. I can image that the type of tape matters (stickiness, thickness, etc.). Which tape should I use?
