Hi all,

Has anyone experienced an M5 losing light in all diodes (the two indicators on the bottom and the perforated volume lights in the aluminium disc on top)?

Everything else seems to work.

Kind regards,

StKong

I am sure that the two LEDs in the bottom are not lighting up.

The M5 has sat idle for a while. It is black and perhaps a nearby lamp has made me believe that the dots on the top disc used to light up, but perhaps thy never did Embarrassed

The dots on top are painted and so never lit up.

Lower dots should of course illuminate.  Have you tried all the "generic help-desk solutions" such as unplugging and reseating the power cord at BOTH ends?

Yes. Gone through all the motions. The unit is from 2018.

To be honest, the dots used to annoy me because they were so visibly bluish white.

But...

:(   I just checked mine and don't see an obvious fuse in the unit.

Standard warranty is 24 months.  If that hasn't expired or has only recently expired you might get a repair at no charge.

Best of luck!
