Dear Forum,
Long time lurker first time poster here. I have a beautiful Beovision 7-32 MK1 which I primarily use with a mac
mini. But occasionallly I play a DVD. The other day I ejected the mechanism, popped in a DVD, and pressed the button to play but it just wouldn’t move at all. No clicks or jamming sounds. It just unceroniously
stopped working and won’t close.
Now the hatch is open.
I would like to know if there is any advice out there on how to resolve it. Also, if I cannot get it working I would be ok perhaps with just figuring out a way to permanently shut the front latch. Many thanks!
