Hi all,
Im new in this forum which Ive been reading a lot in the past. I have an issue that Im not capable to find a solution, so hope you can help me.
Current configuration:
Im able to stream music to the three speakers by using Airplay. All good until here.
However, I would like to use the remote for streaming the music to the three speakers. At this stage, I can only streaming the music to the B8000 thru the BO Essence. however Im not finding the right configuration for directly streaming the music to the three using just the remote essence.
Appreciate your help and comments.
Best regards
Nacho

Thanks for your answer, but the question is how/where do I tap to join the session? or within the app?
Sorry for the simple questions, but I can't find the way.
Thanks again

In the same menu where you have enabled ‘Join’, you must choose, which products should be linked to each other.

Just to clarify:
Multiroom via Airplay2 and multiroom via (B&O) NetworkLink are to different technologies, two different ways of soing things.
Please answer the question, that mbolo01 asked above....if you have activated Airplay over Beolink.
For this also see:

1. Open your B&O App
2. Click on Beoplay A9
3. Click on Product Settings
4. Click on Configure
5. Click on Settings
6. Click on BEOLINK
7.Click on Sound Synchronization
8. Make sure Enable multiform for AirPlay is checked
9. Make sure the Link to other products in BEOLINK shows your Essence
10. So the same for each product you want to set up this way....
You should now be able to join and play from any speaker.
I have 2 Cores connected to a pair of Essence Remotes as well as a 100% dedicated iPhone I use as a Beoplay Remote (with the App). I currently have a B&O speaker system in every room and it works well. However, when I use AirPlay, I find it easier to just use the AirPlay UX from the iPhone or iPad. It is just easier but B&O does a good job ensuring the multiple speakers are in sync. I mainly use the App for multi room play and linking when I am using TuneIn radio. For Apple Music I always just use AirPlay.
B&O in my life 😊:
Did you try to reboot both devices after you made the setting.
Just disconnect from the mains a minute or two.
jfresco:Now last mile on this....Can I turn on the music with the essense remote and playing directly in multiroom configuration? It means I press the remote and the sound goes to both B8000 and A9.
