My BeoSystem 4 always turns off at exactly 3:40 pm every day. I've been trying to find the reason for this. As for as I can see in the BeoSystem 4 settings, the only standby timer is one of a certain amount of time and not of a specific time of the day. The 3:40 time does not coincide with the quickstart timers either.
I have a Moment integrated with the BeoSystem 4. However, There is no timer to program on the Moment either. It similarly just has a set amount of time for standby rather than a specific time of the day. I'm checked all of my other B&O devices and see no timers that could cause the standby at 3:40.
I've checked my Alexa, Google, Apple HomeKit, and Lutron settings and see no timers. I see no macros in my BLGW that could cause this.
Does anyone have any ideas where this mysterious timer could be?
switch off the automatic updates
The time set for checking updates is not 3:40 pm. Still, I will give it a try.
Carolpa: switch off the automatic updates
That didn't work.

seethroughyou:Stay away from the Moment. See my posts about the alarm on the Moment not working. IMHO the Moment is ****ing disaster.
I wasn't aware that the Moment had a specific time timer function. Mine only shows a duration of time before standby.
I'm getting closer to the source. I monitored the traffic via the BLGW and found the "ALL STANDBY" was coming from my kitchen BeoSystem 3 connected via NL/ML converter. I've disconnected that Nl/ML Converter from NL and my system did not go into standby at 3:40.
Still, I can't find (1) an alarm timer on the connected BeoSystem 3 nor (2) an alarm timer on the NL/ML converter.
HiBS 3 has a timer system build in. It also has a sleep timer build in:So it seems that your system has an all st.by command send out by Masterlink, using thethe timersystem or Sleep system at 3:40 PM from BS3.Further the system has an Automatic st.by funktion if a STB is connected.Automatic st.by can also be reached in the timer function.
I found it! There was an ALL STANDBY timer set under "Play Timer Index."
This is just another example of the great usefulness of the feature in the BLGW to monitor ML traffic.
